1. Handling the agencies of School Transportation and Canteen
- Communication with the person related to any problems of transport or canteen.

2. Having good knowledge in operating school software/ designing/invitation

3. Handling all printing work related to Admin department as a whole for school (Magazine/Newsletter/ Banner/Miscellaneous).

4. Miscellaneous work given by Trustee Sir (Mr. I.T. Pandya) and Principal Ma’am(Ms. Moutoshi Sharma)

5. Handling Bank related work / Visit to any office related to school for communication.

6. Content Update of:

- FB: Events and Festivals, Designing, messages on different occasion after Principal Ma’am’s permission.
- Website: Static content to be collected from teachers

Dynamic content to be collected from Principal Ma’am.

School App: With collaboration with Ms. Dimple

7. Handling parents for miscellaneous purpose.

8. Handling School App and Biometric details.Job Description:
