**Role & Responsibilities**
1. On this post, I am taking care for Standardization Activities of all Punjab & Chandigarh. According to the guidelines of Vivo India, all have to work in the same company standard.
2. Making Service Centres Assessment Report On the basis of Observation of Five to Six Cctv's Cameras, 6S Pictures and Telephonic Recordings on Daily Basis and Sending to Vivo India.
3. As per Vivo India requirements, We have to share all required reports or data within given deadline.
4. Providing standardization training to service Centre staff every Week. And Also Attending Vivo India Training and Meetings on Time.
5. Checking company Assets on daily basis, listening to telephonic records of staff and Check Randomly Service Centre CCTV’s onsite.
6. If any Assets in the service centre gets spoiled or Damaged Then as Per Company Standard tried to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
7. As Per Vivo India Guidelines, If They Want New Implementations In State Then Same Guidelines Followed In State Company And Service Centres.
8. Checking Service centre spare parts income revenue and sending it to the finance department. Following and Checking Hard Copy Billing Invoices On Monthly Basis. And Submitted To Finance Department.
9. Randomly auditing for service centres Assets and checking the lists of spare parts and physically Audit the spare parts.
10. Coordination With Administration Department For Purchase Svc New Material And Same Material Dispatching Follow-up With Logistics Department To Send Material From HO Warehouse To Service Centres.
11. As per new CRM, Now all operations running through CRM as per Vivo India Requirement.
12. All standardise material, fixed assets and engineer tools arranged through CRM, and all follow-up processed through CRM

**Requirements**:

- Maximum 1 to 1.5 years work Experience in corporate
- Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written)
- Graduate/Postgraduates with good academic record
- Billing to travel for monthly Audit
- Good Excel command

**Salary**: ₹18,000.23 - ₹20,000.41 per month
