Collaborate with editorial teams to understand their video needs and objectives

Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for video content

Select and edit footage to create compelling visual narratives

Incorporate sound design and music to enhance the emotional impact of videos

Ensure videos are optimized for web and social media platforms

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of work

Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or Davinci Resolve

Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of social media video trends and best practices

Experience with color correction and grading
