**Overview**:
**We are seeking a highly creative and talented Concept Artist to join our team on a short-term contract basis. The Concept Artist will work closely with the creative head ,VFX Supervisors to develop visual concepts and designs that will define the visual style and aesthetic of our project. This is an exciting opportunity to bring innovative ideas to life for a [specific project, e.g., Feature films,Episodic,Commercials,Video Gaming ,Animation.**
- Collaborate with Creative head ,VFX Supervisor, and other creative team members to understand project goals and creative vision.
- Develop and produce high-quality concept art, including character designs, environments, props, vehicles, and key visual elements.
- Create detailed sketches, mood boards, color studies, and 3D models (if applicable) to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Explore multiple design variations, considering different art styles and design philosophies.
- Refine designs based on feedback from the creative team,clients and other departments.
- Ensure that the designs are aligned with the overall project vision and style guide.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews to share ideas and provide artistic insights.
- Maintain a high standard of quality in all visual materials while meeting deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Concept Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Strong artistic skills and proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Photoshop, SketchUp, or other concept art software).
- Ability to conceptualize and communicate visual ideas clearly and effectively.
- Experience in creating diverse visual designs for characters, environments, and objects.
- Knowledge of design fundamentals, such as composition, color theory, and lighting.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to interpret creative briefs into compelling visuals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., gaming, film, animation, etc.] is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with 3D modeling tools (e.g., Blender, Maya) is a plus.
- Experience with animation and storyboarding.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
