**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable **Maintenance Electrician** to handle the upkeep and repair of electrical systems and equipment at our restaurant. The role ensures uninterrupted operations by maintaining all electrical appliances, wiring, and systems safely and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Electrical Maintenance**:

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in kitchen equipment, lighting, and HVAC systems.
- **Installation & Repairs**:

- Install new electrical fixtures, outlets, and switches as required.
- Repair and maintain specialized restaurant appliances like ovens, refrigerators, and fryers.
- **Safety Standards Compliance**:

- Ensure all electrical work complies with local and national safety standards (e.g., BIS or other applicable regulations).
- Inspect electrical setups to meet fire safety protocols.
- **Emergency Assistance**:

- Provide quick resolutions during electrical failures or power outages.
- Ensure operational backup systems are in place when required.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain adequate stock of electrical tools and spare parts.
- Coordinate with suppliers to source quality components.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- Report major issues to the Maintenance Manager promptly.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent certification.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of electrical maintenance experience (hospitality industry preferred).
- **Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems and kitchen equipment.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and wiring diagrams.
- Awareness of fire and electrical safety norms.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of performing repair and maintenance tasks.
