**Role Overview**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and linguistically skilled **Proofreader** to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all written content. This role is essential in upholding the quality and professionalism of our documents, marketing materials, publications, and digital assets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review written content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors
- Ensure consistency in tone, structure, and brand voice across materials
- Fact-check data, names, dates, and references
- Lightly edit for clarity and coherence while maintaining the original voice
- Review banners, website copy, and video scripts for accuracy
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and team members to implement changes
- Adhere to internal and external editorial guidelines (e.g., AP, Chicago Manual)
- Perform final quality checks before content goes live or to print

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a proofreader/editor in a professional setting
- Exceptional command of the English and Hindi language and grammar, proficiency in Marathi is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with tools like MS Word Track Changes and Grammarly
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
