**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote company products/services.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls.
- Explain product features, benefits, and prices clearly to customers.
- Follow up with customers for feedback or clarifications.
- Keep records of calls, customer details, and sales data in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to address customer needs.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum educational qualification: [12th Pass/Graduate/Relevant degree].
- Prior experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi].
- Excellent customer handling skills and patience.
- Ability to persuade and convince customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
