**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals, objectives, and requirements.
- Conceptualize and design a wide range of creative materials, including but not limited to marketing collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, and branding materials.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for the company, ensuring consistency across all design elements.
- Create engaging and eye-catching designs that effectively communicate the intended message and align with the company's brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing and effective designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and articulate design concepts.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and make revisions to designs in a timely manner.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
- A degree or certification in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
