**Description**

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic team in the Cosmetics industry. As a Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering engaging content across various digital platforms to elevate our brand presence and captivate our target audience.

In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and editing compelling visual and written content that is both informative and visually appealing. You will collaborate with the Marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our brand objectives and resonate with our customers.

As a Content Creator, you should have a keen eye for detail and be able to use your creativity to produce innovative and captivating content. You should also have a strong understanding of current trends in the cosmetics industry to ensure that our content remains relevant and engaging.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute content strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote products.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and blogs.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research to stay up to date with current cosmetics trends and ensure content remains relevant.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize future content strategies.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role in the cosmetics industry.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Content Management Systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools.
- In-depth knowledge of current cosmetics trends and industry best practices.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
