Muzigal was founded in the year 2020 with a vision to make high-quality music education accessible and affordable by connecting huge untapped music teaching talent with aspiring learners through its app and offline academies. Within 24 months of its inception, Muzigal has served over 24,000 students and more than 400 teachers. Muzigal is the first-ever organized player revolutionizing the music education space. Muzigal has emerged as a dominant player in the last 18 months and has become the largest destination for music teachers and students. Muzigal offers beginners to Intermediate level music classes across Indian and western music genres for all age groups through its proprietary curriculum delivered by qualified music teachers. Muzigal currently operates several offline academies in Hyderabad & Bengaluru and is expanding its footprint at a run rate of 4 new academies per month. The brand plans to expand to 100+ academies across India within the next 18 months

**Role Overview**

Community Manager at Muzigal is a full-time position reporting directly to the Teacher Success Expert and the Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for handling memberships, content approvals, developing a content calendar, and managing various types of community events at Muzigal.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Creating engaging and relevant content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, to keep the community active and interested.
- Monitoring user-generated content to ensure it adheres to community guidelines and declining inappropriate or harmful content.
- Actively engaging with community members by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and positive manner.
- Encouraging and promoting discussions among community members to build a sense of belonging and participation.
- Tracking key performance metrics such as community addition, content engagement and preparing daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports based on the analysis.
- Gathering feedback from community members to understand their needs and preferences, and using this feedback to improve community strategies and content.
- Providing support to community members by answering questions, resolving issues, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Sharing helpful resources and information with community members to add value and support their needs.
- Adhering to the company's community guidelines and policies to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all members.
- Keeping up with industry trends and updates in social media best practices to continuously improve community management strategies.
- Creating engaging content for community activities.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English; proficiency in Telugu is a plus.
- Should have strong musical skills and knowledge.
- Prior experience in content management and customer support is mandatory.
- Creative thinking and Organizational skills are required.
