**About CAMPU**
CAMPU refers to CAM processing unit and is part of commercial banking coverage group of the bank. This is a centralized team handling CAM Preparation activity for CBG and is working under GIGA for last 15 months.
Presently team has following sections:
1. CAMPU MEG- Taking care of ETB cases for renewals. Team is also taking care of enhancements on specific request. Now we are proposing undertaking NTB cases upto RCC level of committee for May 2023 onwards.
2. CAMPU SEG- Handling ticket size of upto Rs. 10 crs:
a. In Principal Team
- Taking care of IP issuance/rejection for all NTB logins
b. ETB Team
- Taking care of renewals of upto Rs. 10 crs.
c. NTB Set 2 team
- Taking care of note preparation of NTB clients after the IP stage
Note: As an exception, team is also handling cases of enhancements as well as NTBs/ETBs with ticket size more than 10 crs.
3. Team is also taking care of projects assigned from time to time by CO. Such as Stale rating, Centralized STP processing etc.
4. Governance and MIS for CBG.
**About**the**Role**
- For tracking of performance matrices and feeding the leaders with real time update for creating an impact.
- Helps boost team productivity and also improve critical governance matrices which are also reported to the regulator.
- Staff have CBG vide impact in terms of governance while performance matrices measurement is meant for CAMPU only.
**Key Responsibilities**
- List the strategic/ planning aspects of the role (if any)
- Publishing of governance dashboards and follow ups help dept. achieve better on governance matrices.

- Publication of MIS Dashboards like FTR ratio, STP update, Stale rating and renewal pendency.
- Maintenance of performance tracker
- Handling of Quality assurance activity
- Maintaining of staff data and onboarding assistance

**Qualification**
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
- Education (Commerce or Technical (BCA) graduates/Post Graduates)
- Experience (1-3 years, As business analyst/MIS support in BFSI)
**Role Proficiencies**:

Knowledge of relevant IT systems including NDS, Finacle etc
Knowledge of pricing financial products with respect to Forex and Derivatives.)
