**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum Implementation**: Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes the overall development of children aged 3-5 years.
- **Classroom Management**: Create a positive classroom environment that encourages active learning, social interaction, and respect among students.
- **Instructional Activities**: Conduct engaging and interactive lessons that incorporate play, art, music, storytelling, and other hands-on activities.
- **Assessment**: Observe and assess students’ progress, behavior, and learning styles. Maintain accurate records of each child’s development and communicate findings with parents and administrators.
- **Parent Communication**: Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents regarding their child's progress, development, and any concerns.
- **Safety and Well-being**: Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students at all times. Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest teaching methods, educational trends, and best practices in early childhood education.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and administrators to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [Insert Number] years of experience working with pre-primary aged children in a classroom setting.
