**Job Overview**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of delivery boys, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate daily delivery schedules, considering factors such as order volume, delivery zones, and time constraints to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with the other departments to plan and implement strategies to improve delivery processes and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor and track delivery boys' activities using tracking systems or software, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Address delivery-related issues promptly, including delays, order discrepancies, and customer concerns, to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with the delivery team, addressing any concerns, questions, or updates in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and inventory management, to ensure seamless coordination of delivery operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of delivery data, including performance metrics, delivery times, and customer feedback.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new delivery boys, conducting interviews, and providing training to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to delivery boys to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to delivery services, implementing changes as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in delivery management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using delivery management software and tools.
- Knowledge of route optimization techniques and familiarity with mapping software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in training and supervising a team is preferred.
