Fleet Driver Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing a team of drivers, including sourcing and training
- Coordinating and optimizing driver routes to ensure timely deliveries or pickups while minimizing fuel costs and vehicle wear and tear.
- Monitoring the condition and maintenance schedule of company vehicles, ensuring they are safe and compliant with regulations.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to driver services and deliveries.
- Ensuring that drivers adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during driver operations, such as vehicle breakdowns, traffic delays, or customer emergencies.
- Maintaining accurate records of driver activities, including trip logs, mileage reports, and incident reports.

Qualifications:

- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
