We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team as Field Sales Executives. This entry-level position is perfect for freshers eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, develop customer engagement skills, and grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- **Client Engagement**: Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand customer needs and present suitable products or services.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations to showcase product benefits.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- **Market Research**: Gather insights on market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: No prior experience required; 0-2 years in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
