Location - Vadodara Gujarat

**Job Description**:
1. Strong Understanding of Oracle Database (10g,11g,12g) and Architecture

2. Strong DBA skills and relevant working experience with Oracle Database 11g.

3. Experience should include DB design (modelling and normalisation), capacity planning, performance tuning, storage management, back-up and recovery, managing schemas, report generation and DB clustering technologies.

4. Analyse complex queries tuning, statistics, and performance of subsystem, CPU, IO, and memory.

5. Managing Development, Quality and Production Database 6. Maintain our SQL / PLSQL processes & complex code. Reviewing and tuning SQL and PL/SQL code.

7. Designing database packages, procedures, functions and triggers.

8. Ensure DB availability & disaster recovery

9. Actively seek to optimise and simplify our architecture

10. Execution of data migration jobs and scripts as required

11. Support and collaborate with software developers.

12. Day to day incidence management and provide quick solution

13. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans.

14. Take ownership of performance and capacity monitoring aspects of the DB.

15. Create a reliable backup strategy. Ensure database backups are appropriately executed and periodic restorations are exercised to ensure backup quality.

16. Performance testing and evaluation to ensure data security, privacy and integrity. Identification of bottle necks and deadlock issues

17. Oracle management tools (Data Guard, RMAN, Data pump).

18. Experience with an organisation with a key reliance on 24x7 reliability on its database.

19. Good problem solver, focused and dedicated developer with ability to work on your own as well as with a team.

20. Strong practical experience of ORACLE in a production RAC (ASM) environment (11gR2).

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
