**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Implementation**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics topics.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies, including project-based learning and technology integration.
- **Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring**:

- Conduct regular assessments and examinations to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate academic records.
- Identify learning gaps and offer remedial support as needed.
- **Classroom & Behavior Management**:

- Establish a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Encourage student participation and critical thinking.
- Foster a culture of respect, curiosity, and independent learning.
- **Co-curricular & Extracurricular Activities**:

- Organize and participate in educational trips, debates, and competitions related to social sciences.
- Guide students in research projects, exhibitions, and model-making.
- **Parental Engagement & Communication**:

- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
- Collaborate with parents to support student development.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest educational trends, policies, and teaching strategies.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
