**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Identify and target potential clients (schools, universities, training organizations, and corporates) who would benefit from the EdTech solutions offered.
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities in the B2B market and generate qualified leads.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in educational institutions and organizations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and specific requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and its B2B clients, ensuring satisfaction and building trust.
- **Sales and Revenue Growth**:
- Promote and sell the EdTech products and services to businesses, focusing on customizing solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales and meet revenue targets.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs, ensuring consistent growth in the client base and revenue generation.
- **Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving EdTech market to provide strategic insights and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to understand client needs, preferences, and pain points, and use this information to improve sales strategies.
- Keep track of competitors’ activities, pricing models, and new product launches to identify opportunities and threats.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and market demand.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, product gaps, and market challenges to help improve the product offerings.
- Collaborate with the customer support and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale support for clients.
- **Client Onboarding and Support**:
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the EdTech solution and how it meets their needs.
- Assist with the implementation and integration of the EdTech solutions into clients' existing systems and operations.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure product satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or additional services.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client communications, and deal progress in CRM systems.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
