Role : Sales Executive
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Ability to identify new opportunities and generate leads
Familiarity with the sales process and techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly motivated and target-driven
Good oral communication skills in English, Kannada and local languages
- Promote and sell our range of safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment's to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales
- Negotiate and close sales deals **Meet and exceed sales targets**
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records
