Job Description:
- Prepare and cook menu items as per recipes and standards
- Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Check food quality, freshness, and portion control
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Commis I or similar role in hotels/resorts
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team
- Good communication skills
