
Admin Assistant

As an Admin you will act as one point of contact for all our department employees and external departments. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and on-boarding guides) and updating internal databases.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle internal and external communication, Coordinating events as necessary.
- Maintain office equipment and petty cash.
- Managing filing system, creating, maintaining, and entering information into a database
- Manage inbound & outbound tele-calling
- Manage client relationships.
- Liaison with internal departments/ external vendors and clients
- Vendor Coordination.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or relevant role
- Experiences with HR software for maintaining employee records, attendance
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, etc.
- Social Media Marketing skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Proficiency in English (Hindi will be an added advantage)
**Qualification**:
UG in any discipline.
A Post Graduate in management or relevant field preferred.
**Experience**:
Up to 3 years of relevant experience
