We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and passionate Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in History and Political Science to join our team. As an SME, you will play a crucial role in developing educational materials, providing expertise to our content creation teams, and ensuring the accuracy and relevance of our history and political science content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offer expert insights and guidance to content creators, ensuring that the material aligns with academic standards and pedagogical best practices.
- Conduct thorough research on historical events, political systems, ideologies, and prominent figures to enhance the quality and authenticity of the content.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning experiences for students.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in history and political science fields to maintain content relevance and accuracy.
- Assist in the design and development of assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate students' understanding and knowledge.
- Participate in team meetings and discussions to contribute to curriculum development and improvement initiatives.
- Provide support and mentorship to educators and instructors, addressing their queries related to history and political science topics.
- Review and analyze feedback from students and instructors to continuously improve the content and learning experience.

**Qualifications**:

- A master's or doctoral degree in History, Political Science, or a closely related field.
- Proven expertise and in-depth knowledge of historical events, political theories, international relations, and governmental system.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to critically evaluate academic sources and primary materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Prior experience as an educator, lecturer, or academic instructor in history or political science.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital content creation tools.
- Publications or academic contributions in history and political science journals.
