**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information regarding countries, universities/colleges, courses, and visa procedures.
- Assist clients in choosing the right course and institution based on their academic background and career goals.
- Maintain regular communication with clients for document collection, visa updates, and interview preparation.
- Stay updated with immigration laws and policies of various countries.
- Achieve monthly targets for admissions and visa approvals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred fields: Education, International Relations, Business, etc.)
- 1-5 years of experience as a Visa Counsellor or in a similar role in the education and immigration sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred).
- Knowledge of visa and immigration rules and procedures for major countries.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
