**Position Title**:Placement Coordinator

**Work Location(s)**:Salarpur, Noida & Shastri Nagar, Jaipur

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- The coordinator would be responsible for developing a placement strategy for the training center. This includes identifying target employers, building relationships with them, and creating a database of job opportunities for the center's trainees.
- Identify and engage with potential employers to create opportunities for trainees to secure employment after training.
- Overall responsibility for achieving placement targets for the HDBFS (HDB Finance Services) project.
- Monitor Post-placement work by visiting companies for collecting JDs, and vacancy details and maintain center level Tracker.
- Ensure timely update of placement records.
- Constant research on job trends to gather specific information about employer’s requirements.
- Regularly attend meetings with employers and built a relationship based on feedback.
- Maintain close liaison with relevant industry/ government bodies.
- Support team in Mobilization, Placement, MIS, Counselling of Students etc.

**Eligible Criteria (Education, Experience & Skills)**
- Graduate from any stream.
- Experience working with targets and tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management, negotiation people skills.
- Should be able to handle escalations.

**Remuneration
- **20000-25000 (As per the experience)
