Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally and efficiently.

Identify customer needs and provide solutions by promoting relevant products/services.

Maintain in-depth product knowledge to address customer inquiries and objections.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Follow up with leads and existing customers to close sales or up-sell/cross-sell products.

Record and maintain accurate customer information and sales details in the CRM system.

Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and concerns effectively.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies and sales techniques.

Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.

**Required Skills**:
Minimum [1 ] years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in a voice process environment.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools and practices.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry).

A customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
