**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach English Language and Literature to Classes XI & XII as per ISC guidelines.
- Prepare lesson plans in line with the curriculum, using innovative pedagogical approaches.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize and guide students in literary activities like debates, elocutions, and dramatics.
- Maintain a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
- Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development programs.
- Coordinate with parents and academic coordinators on student progress and behavior.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Postgraduate degree (M.A.) in English from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience at senior secondary level (ISC/CBSE preferred).
- Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with CISCE curriculum and examination standards.
