**Machine/Equipment Maintenance**
- Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
- Sorting and packaging of products.
- Able to examine the component design and specifications, responsible for setup of the part and programming.

Must have good experience in prove out of Parts in CNC Turning & VMC Milling.

Should be able to manage the output of all the machines and operators.

Must be very good in Cycle time reduction and Continuous improvement activities.

Knowledge on programming and OEE (Oral Equipment Efficiency)

Be aligned with companies vision and mission

Fanuc controller experience

Preparation & Planning with VMC programming for next 48 hrs.

Monitoring of machines maintenance activity (daily/ weekly / monthly) as machine utilization report for VMC machine & CNC

Keeping records of consumables (usages and stock maintaining) for 3 VMC machines as per checklist

Follow up with Machine builders for machine PM as per AMC for VMC & CNC machines

Follow up with Work NC for Software PM as per AMC for VMC machines

Required Skills & Qualification

Diploma/NTTF/GTTC/ BE Mechanical/ITI/ Aerospace/Manufacturing

Minimum of 2 years Machine operating experience.

Minimum 2 years VMC programming in Master cam and Solid cam or NX softwares

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
