Experience:

- 3years to 5 years

**Roles and Responsibilities**: Primary L2 contact point for Loans product and custom issues, problems and new change requirement.

Business Requirement gathering and mapping the same in Finacle in Loans module Patch Deployment & UAT support

Simulation of Production issues in UAT and resolution Coordinate with Infosys

L3 support team for new requirements, product level clarifications, issue resolutions Support DC- DR Drill, Month-end & year end activity support, SASCAL Batch job during closing Fix / debug Production issues & prompt resolution Coordination with Bank team for logical conclusion of issues.

**Skills /Competencies**:Overall Finacle architecture knowledge and in-depth functional knowledge of the module with strong technical customization/Debugging / enhancement experience of 3+ years’ experience:
End to End functional knowledge of the Loans module and aware of full life cycle i.e Disbursement, pay off, repayment, rescheduling, recovery of Loans module.

Knowledge of SASCAL module, Amortization, Provisioning, charge off and other process related to SASCAL. Debugging, Customization and enhancement development experience on the requirements related to the Loans module

Excellent knowledge of Finacle interest calculations methodologies and back-end tables related to same.

Strong customization experience including but not limited to - New menus, validations, complex reports

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
