**Responsibilities**:
- Conceptualize and design engaging and visually appealing social media campaigns tailored to different platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.- Create high-quality graphics, animations, and video content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.- Produce compelling visual content such as infographics, GIFs, short videos, and other multimedia assets.- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media design and marketing to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.- Optimize designs for various screen sizes and formats to ensure consistency and optimal viewing across different devices.- Work closely with copywriters and content creators to ensure visual assets effectively communicate key messages and storytelling.- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.- Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field.- Proven experience at least 1 in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns and creative projects. Crypto experience will be an added advantage- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.- Solid understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content creation and engagement.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate creative ideas and concepts.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.- Creativity and innovation with a passion for staying updated on design trends and emerging technologies.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.- Experience with video editing and animation is a plus.- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms is preferred.
