**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Concept Development**: Create innovative design concepts based on client requirements, budget, and aesthetic preferences.
- **Space Planning**: Develop floor plans, layouts, and 3D models to optimize space functionality while maintaining visual appeal.
- **Material and Product Selection**: Choose furnishings, fixtures, materials, and finishes that align with the project vision, budget, and functionality.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate with clients to understand their design needs and provide regular updates on the project’s progress.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and quality implementation of designs.
- **Budget Management**: Ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget by sourcing cost-effective materials and managing project costs.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct site visits to assess the space, review project progress, and address any issues that arise during implementation.
- **Design Presentations**: Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and visualizations to clients for approval.
- **Stay Current with Trends**: Keep up to date with design trends, new materials, and innovative technologies to incorporate into projects.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure designs adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and other applicable industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) as an Interior Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and space planning.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and project teams.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.

**Preferred Skills & Competencies**:

- Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ, LEED) is a plus.
- Experience with commercial, residential, or hospitality projects (depending on the company’s focus).
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and eco-friendly materials.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work within budget and timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
