**Salary**:,30,000 monthly, depending on your experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Market Researcher to join our team and specialize in brand research. As an International Market Researcher focused on brand development, you will play a pivotal role in researching, compiling, and analysing data to make informed decisions about franchise establishment. Your work will be essential in shaping the expansion of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive research on various brands, industries, and markets to assess their potential for franchising.
- Develop brand dossiers and research reports containing critical information on target brands, including market trends, competition, and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify suitable locations for franchise establishment based on research findings.
- Analyse market data and develop strategic insights to guide franchise expansion decisions.
- Create detailed business proposals and presentations to support franchise expansion initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to provide timely and relevant insights.
- Effectively communicate research findings to the management team and provide recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an International Market Researcher, or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Conditions**:
A 2-month notice period is required for resignation.

Job timing is 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM until 15th February.
