ERP Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Deliver Training Programs**:

- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on various ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Procurement, HR, Production).
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, workbooks, and online learning resources.
- Conduct classroom training sessions, workshops, and webinars for both internal employees and external clients.
- Utilize a variety of training methodologies, including instructor-led training, hands-on exercises, simulations, and online learning platforms.
- **Training Needs Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and skill deficiencies within the organization.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective training objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their training needs and priorities.
- **Training Delivery and Evaluation**:

- Deliver training programs effectively and efficiently, ensuring participant engagement and knowledge retention.
- Monitor participant progress and provide timely feedback and support.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and performance reviews.
- Track and report on key training metrics, such as participant satisfaction, knowledge transfer, and return on investment.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ERP technologies, industry best practices, and training methodologies.
- Continuously update training materials and methodologies to reflect evolving business needs and technological advancements.
- **Provide Ongoing Support**:

- Provide ongoing support to employees and clients after training completion, including answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on best practices.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for all trainees.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
