**Responsibilities**:

- Polish and refine content, ensuring accuracy, coherence, and reader-friendly formatting.
- Create content that authentically represents our company's values while captivating diverse audiences.
- Identify customer content needs and propose fresh ideas to enrich our content strategy.
- Organize writing schedules to meet deadlines, both for drafts and final projects.
- Infuse industry best practices and align content with our mission to spark creativity.
- Collaborate seamlessly with a content manager and project teams.
- Develop and adhere to an editorial calendar, coordinating with fellow content creators for timely delivery.
- Employ SEO techniques to optimize content visibility in search results.

**Skillsets and Preferred Background**:

- 0-3 years of experience in content writing and editing.
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- Ability to generate 3-4 long-form pieces daily.
- Skill in proofreading 8-10 content pieces per day.
- Proficiency in crafting content tailored for a US audience.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
- A portfolio featuring published articles would be a bonus.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment with concurrent project management.
- Outstanding multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and exceptionally disciplined.
- Effective communication abilities, complemented by a strong spirit of teamwork.
