Client Relations Officer- Trainee

Plan and execute INDOCERT promotion campaigns.
- Plan and execute outreach programmes (trade fairs, workshops, seminars, liaising with educational and research institutions) for INDOCERT brand promotion.
- Represent INDOCERT at various events, fairs and public gathering to promote INDOCERT objectives.
- Collect client feedback and suggest steps for alleviating customer pain points.
- Meet/Liaise with clients to understand their needs.
- Represent INDOCERT at various events, fairs and public gathering to promote INDOCERT objectives.
- Update and maintain customer database of INDOCERT.
- Act as a resource person for the training programmes conducted by INDOCERT
- Stay informed on latest industry trend and methods for continued client acquisition and development.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
