We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Videographer to join our team full-time. This role offers the opportunity to conceptualize, shoot, and edit compelling video content that communicates our brand, products, and initiatives across digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing, training, events, and internal communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing, R&D, and leadership teams to understand project objectives.
- Develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards as needed.
- Handle all aspects of production including lighting, sound, framing, and post-production.
- Manage and maintain video equipment and storage systems.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and optimize videos for various digital platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends and video technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer or video content creator (show reel or portfolio required).
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong visual and creative sense with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and sound recording.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for shoots when required.
