**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Able to coordinate and follow-ups with various internal and external stakeholders.

**2. **Visit, coordinate, monitoring & follow up with manufacturing factories for production, documentation, regulatory, packing, timely dispatches, etc.

**3. **Monitoring inventory and ensuring it does not reach a no-stock position

**4. **Manage documentation, files and reporting as per the internal processes.

**5. **Planning and forecasting

**6. **Sending enquiries to vendors for Quotation, Availability, and Delivery Period and Payment terms

**7. **Negotiation with Party and Final Selection of Competent Supplier

**8. **Generate proforma invoices, purchase orders, etc., with accuracy and timeliness.

**9. **Experience in CTD Dossier

**10. **Ensure the serviceability of the order as per monthly commitments

**11. **Ensure the smooth scheduling of the manufacturing and packing process

**12. **Updating stock sale statements and other related internal reports

**13. **Helping to solve the problems related to the production process through communication with the marketing department.

**14. **Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

**15. **Organise and participate in meetings / appointments with customers.

**16. **Should be smart, proactive, have excellent probing and communication skills (verbal and written)Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.

**Qualifications**:

- B Pharm, MSc with Production experience or related field
- 2+ years of experience.
- Familiarity with market research techniques.
- Ready to travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
