**Job description**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc.
- Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner
- Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month
- Generating invoices and challan in the company's on a day-to-day basis

Strong communication abilities

The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances

Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides

Ability to listen and solve problems

answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments

Keep and maintain the records and files.

Organising and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary

Update and maintain client information regularly.

Communicate with client.

Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity.

**Qualities required**
- Good command over MS-Excel & MS-Word
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Basic knowledge of banking, **E- way** bills and other like tally, busy.
- Ability to keep documents and data well organised.

Educational Qualification

12th/graduation or above

Experience required

3 - 5 Years (preferred)

Salary Range: 15,000₹-25,000₹ (Per Month)
