**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily on-site construction and interior fit-out activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labour to meet project timelines.
- Ensure quality standards are met according to drawings and specifications.
- Monitor materials, tools, and site inventory; report shortages.
- Maintain site cleanliness and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Report daily/weekly progress to Project Manager.
- Assist in client site visits and handle basic client queries.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 12th pass/fail acceptable OR Diploma/Degree in Civil/Interior Design/Construction (optional)
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Basic ability to read drawings and take measurements
- Willingness to travel between sites
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not mandatory)

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in interior fit-out, carpentry, plywood work, or construction
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge
