**Job Title**: Sea Export Documentation Executive
**Location**: Noida - Sector 62

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process **complete export documentation** for sea shipments (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL instructions, etc.).
- Coordinate with **shipping lines** for bookings, SI submissions, draft BL approval, and final BL release.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation submission as per client and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with **CHA, transporters, CFS, and shipping lines** for smooth container movement and shipment execution.
- Monitor shipment schedules and update clients regularly on status.
- File documents such as **Shipping Bill, EGM, Certificate of Origin, and other post-shipment formalities**.
- Maintain shipment records and ensure documentation compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments like operations and accounts for job closure and billing.
- Stay updated on **INCOTERMS**, export regulations, and document compliance requirements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in **Sea Export Documentation**.
- Strong understanding of **customs procedures, SI filing, and BL formats**.
- Familiarity with **DGFT, EDI system, ICEGATE, and other export platforms**.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple shipments with attention to detail.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience
**Joining**: Immediate or within 15-30 days preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,464.20 - ₹33,312.34 per month
