**Job Responsibility**:

- Telecallers make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
- Telecallers build rapport with potential clients and foster relationships with existing clients.
- Telecallers manage incoming calls, resolve customer concerns or issues, and address clients' grievances and suggestions.
- Telecallers engage with existing customers to collect data on the impacts of the company's merchandise or services.
