Dispatch Executive @ Hosur

daily basis check for the new orders in Client Portal and Confirm goods availability,plan dispatches by coordinating with HOD.
- Order maintenance -Confirmations ,cancellation & moving orders
- Checking for Weekly SPIs and Logistics KPI performances and share with HOD.
- Based on the available FG Stock, creation of a consignments for the selected ordersagainst dedicated stores (Export/Retail) with maximum equipment utilization.
- Ensure all pallets/packaging materials which are ready for dispatch should be free from dust without physical damages and all labels should be placed on defined location.
- Vehicle inspections like sunlight, water, floor test as per requirements.
- Generating OBDs & invoices in SAP, and Waybills for the dispatch vehicles.
- Comparing Physical Stock vs SAP stock on monthly basis and able to do stock inventories in SAP.
- All necessary documents need to be sent along with dispatch vehicle /container and one copy will be available in factory for future reference.
- Secure all documents for future reference during Client/Internal Audits.
- Maintaining reports for weekly and monthly reviews
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
