**Job Objective**
- Prepare and publish monthly financial statement
- Quarterly and Annually closing, finalization of Accounts, completion of audit with Statutory auditors. internal auditors
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the MIS, budget and financial budget and report variances,
- Submission of various MIS reports to senior management, Group reporting, presentation for Board meeting in accurate and timely manner
- Impact analysis of regulation, regulatory orders, Ind AS, Direct Tax and Company Law amendments
- Responsible for the preparation of regulatory reporting and implementing the Regulatory orders
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Compliance with applicable laws, regulations and regulatory orders
- Book Hygiene.

- Detailed Project Report and support to F&A for FC
- Monitoring of Project Progress and provide necessary support for smooth execution
- To establish Budget control mechanism - Monthly review and alarming during NFA stage
- To monitor cash flow.
