**TA Intern**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Talent Acquisition Intern** with a background in **Logistics and Supply Chain**. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment while leveraging your domain knowledge to assess and align talent for operational and supply chain roles.
**Key Responsibility**:
- Assist the TA team in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for logistics, supply chain, and other business functions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
- Support employer branding activities, campus hiring drives, and recruitment campaigns.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and communication templates.
- Analyze hiring trends and provide insights on supply chain talent availability and market behavior.
- Recently completed a degree/diploma in **Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields**.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
- Good understanding of logistics and supply chain functions (e.g., transportation, warehousing, inventory planning).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
