Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
- Requirement gathering from business development team and also create Scope of work document by direct communication with clients.
- Creating wireframes using Balsmiq & Figjam and manage team including designers, Developers and Testers.
- Taking client calls to analyze requirements, clarify open-ended points and share suggestions over call and clear out the payments as well for every milestones/sprints.
- Track progress and quality of work being performed on each project module and prepare coinciding status report.
- Acceptance testing of product before sharing build with client.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to get issues resolved. Lead multidisciplinary teams of up to 4-10 developers, designers, testers working on multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
