**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Role**

Assistant Manager
- R&D, Chemistry

**Qualification**

M.Sc Chemistry

**Minimum Experience**

8 Years

v Responsible for research & development, analytical support and formulation of value added agriculture inputs like Bio pesticides, Plant Growth Promoters and Micronutrients, Biocontrol agents etc.

v Isolation and purification of target compounds from natural plants molecules.

v Share the input of backward integration including the suitability of existing processes and products to sustain the business.

v Introduce innovative ideas and creative solutions to develop new products within specified timelines.

v Collaborate with Production and R&D teams to schedule and conduct plant trials, facilitating the transfer of processes to QA/QC for commercialized products/project

v Having good analytical skills with sound knowledge of analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, MP-AES etc.

v To develop new analytical methods for NPD products.

v Prepare analytical SOPs, compile data, and Create technology reports.

v Provide support for registration regulatory and marketing for New product/existing product related documentation work.

v To monitor the safety and hygiene practices of R&D lab and instrumentation

v To conduct troubleshooting, annual maintenance contract and calibration for analytical instruments.
