l Gain an understanding of the client’s process flows and undertake specific write-ups for custom/special requirements

l Set up and configure ERP System

l Lead the client through decisions regarding the Chart of Accounts and dimensions setup

l Work with client in data conversion matters, test imports

l Test all completed tasks returned by the developers, be able to demo/document functionality to client

l Train client super / end-users on Intro to ERP and system customization

l Coordinate with client on final data conversions

l Support end users during Go Live

l Travel required maximum up to 3 months during the course of implementation for training, Implementation and go live

l Maintain records of operational including Accounts transactions.

l Analyze operational process, identify issues and perform research on all solutions to ensure efficient work flows.

l Perform regular analysis on accounting issues and resolve it efficiently.

l Monitor all reporting requests and prepare reports on a regular basis to ensure resolution.

l Coordinate with management and departments and ensure optimal quality of services to all clients.

l Collaborate with project teams and resolve all ERP operational issues for new products and system.

**Qualification**

l BS Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting or related degrees. Post graduate degree, CPA, PMP certifications a plus

l Proficient in using MS Project, Excel

l Excellent (verbal & written) communication skills

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
