**What You’ll Do**

As an SAP ABAP Principal, you will:

- Provide hands-on leadership, expertise, and guidance for consultants as well as client personnel utilizing SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming)
- Lead analysis and design sessions to create requirements to develop client solutions.
- Design and develop complex solutions in SAP ABAP to meet client business requirements, including integration points with other modules.
- Manage and oversee the design and development of customized RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows) objects.
- Responsible for coordination and oversight of team members as well as interaction and alignment with Resource Management for both billable and non-billable activities

**What We’re Looking For**
- 8-10 years of experience with SAP ABAP
- Strong technical acumen in Fiori, OData, BAPI, and BADI
- Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge in SAP S4/HANA
- Experience in middleware tools such as SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) is a plus.
- Minimum of 4-5 full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Expertise in developing, testing, debugging, implementing, maintaining, and documenting ABAP code used in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows) objects.
- Team Leadership Experience - experience with task management and tracking, coordination, delegation and triage of assignments for less experienced team members
- Flexibility and adaptability - Our Principal Consultants work on everything from design to hands-on development and can stretch into new roles.
- Ability to serve as a liaison for technical team with Resource Management function.
- Ability to support a hybrid-working model at home and in the local office.
- Thorough client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements and project plans/tasks.
- 4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
