**We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking Cook - South and North Indian Cuisine to join our team In this position, you will be hired to **Ensure food quality and safety by adhering to food handling and sanitation standards and Monitor and control of kitchen operations and and staff.

Key Duties & Responsibilities- _Prepare and cook south Indian/north Indian according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist._
- _Lead food preparation process, both veg and non veg_
- _Work closely with colleagues in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the Resort and satisfaction of the guests._
- _Set up the sections of the kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase the speed and productivity._
- _Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control._
- _Communicate assistance needed during busy periods._
- _Accepting store deliveries._
- _Always ensure that all stocks are well maintained._
- _Always ensure the quality of the food items_
- _Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen._
- _Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly._
- _Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature._
- _Need to be flexible and willing to help other at busy times as and when required._
- _Excellent coordination _
- **Qualification & Experiance**:_
- _Industry experience in the skills asked for._
- _Good communication skill._
- _Familiar with inventory systems._
- _A team player._
- _Minimum 2 Years of experience in the same role._

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
