Inventory Champion

Implement accurate tracking mechanisms for RM, WIP, and FG in ERP.
- Ensure real-time and correct entries for all inventory transactions.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, stores, and QC teams for seamless material flow.
- Facilitate smooth material requisition and issuance through ERP.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and correct discrepancies.
- Define and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the inventory process and propose improvements.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts to validate ERP data.
- Generate inventory reports and provide insights to management.
- Ensure proper handling of excess materials with color-coded tracking in ERP.
- Support the Accounts team in maintaining accurate FG inventory for invoicing.
