1. Provide behavioural counselling for students, including behavioural interventions.

2. Offer parent counselling.

3. Focus on the well-being of mentors.

4. Conduct Personal, Social, Health, and Economic (PSHE) sessions.

5. Organize workshops and group work.

6. Maintain documentation.

7. Observe students in the classroom for behavioural concerns.

8. Handle disciplinary cases, including counselling and setting action points according to the school discipline policy.

9. Participate in meetings with HOS, Coordinators, and mentors related to disciplinary matters.

10. Mentor student council members and organize meetings and follow-up on events.

11. Provide feedback and hold follow-up meetings with parents, coordinators, and mentors.

12. Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback.

13. Arrange parent meetings to discuss behaviour and concerns.
